On Monday 21 July, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Molsheim organized a special ceremony in honor of our apprentices who will soon be leaving the company.
Over a convivial gathering with refreshments, apprentices and tutors got together to mark the end of a wonderful adventure, rich in learning, challenges and successes.
Virginie Hazemann, Head of Human Resources, gave an uplifting talk to start the ceremony, highlighting the value of apprenticeship and the significant achievements each of the young talents had accomplished. This moment of exchange served as a reminder of how apprenticeships are a true steppingstone into working life.
Sophie, a former apprentice at MBTM, also took the floor to share her experience. Her testimony, along with advice, provided the recent graduates with key insights to successfully start the next phase of their careers.
The highlight of the ceremony was the graduation. The mentors took care to personally acknowledge each apprentice, highlighting their progress, commitment and professionalism throughout their journey at MBTM.
This marks a great success for our apprentices and the start of a promising future. We wish them all the best for the future!
