On Wednesday, October 29, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Molsheim organized an integration day to welcome its new apprentices.
Over the past few months, no fewer than 25 apprentices have joined the MBTM teams. They will continue their work-study program for one to three years at MBTM in many different fields.
To welcome them, a dedicated apprentice day was organized.
Led by Fanny and Sophie from the Human Resources and Communication departments, the day began with a speech by Virginie Hazemann, HR Director. All three emphasized how apprenticeships are a true steppingstone into working life, and how apprentices bring value to teams.
To encourage interaction across different departments, the apprentices were divided into groups for various activities.
The morning ended with a shared lunch at the company restaurant, allowing for informal and friendly exchanges.
After lunch, a tour of the factory was offered, during which apprentices from the production sectors shared their experiences and knowledge of the different workshops.
