Since 2015, MBTM has been encouraging the creativity of its teams by rewarding ideas that contribute to improving the organization. The Cogito program enables everyone to put forward optimization proposals and to be recognized for their contributions.

Valuing Our Employees

The Cogito program fully supports this ambition to highlight internal talent and allows all MBTM employees to freely submit their ideas. Each year, more than one hundred ideas are proposed, analyzed, and implemented. This approach fosters creativity, encourages problem‑solving, and strengthens engagement in continuous improvement. It demonstrates that when everyone’s ideas are taken into consideration, new solutions naturally emerge.

A System That Benefits Everyone

In addition to improving the quality, efficiency, and safety of our processes, Cogito ideas give the employees who submit them the opportunity to receive financial compensation. A virtuous system that benefits both the company and those who help drive it forward.

Testimonial of an employee

"What motivates me to submit Cogitos is the desire to contribute to improving my working environment.
Our industry is demanding and requires constant attention to efficiency, safety, and reliability. Being in daily contact with operations and processes allows me to identify areas for improvement, whether related to ergonomics, quality, cost control, or safety. Sharing these ideas is a concrete way for me to be involved and to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

From a personal point of view, this approach brings me a lot. It encourages me to step back, sharpen my analytical skills, and go beyond my usual responsibilities. Each Cogito is an opportunity to learn, to exchange with other departments, and to better understand the company’s challenges. Seeing an idea become a reality is particularly rewarding and reinforces the feeling of being useful by making a real contribution. These improvements motivate me and strengthen my commitment by giving greater meaning to my everyday work."
